Fallaran is a city far out in the Sea of Ghosts. The city is built upon a great mesa that rises out of the water. It was once a place well known in Vvardenfel and all of Morrowind, but the city Hirraen tricked the province of Vvardenfel into banishing it from their affairs. Eventually Fallaran was wiped from everyone's mind in Vvardenfel. Hirraen later made a mad grab for power, but the attempt was thwarted by the Imperial Legion. Now, neither of these cities is known in Vvardenfel, and it is rare to find a person who has heard of them. In Fallaran, a person is needed to help it gain its rightful place in the way of things in Vvardenfel. You, are that person.

     Fallaran offers more than fifty faction quests and a unique main quest, based on the plight of Fallaran. There are also many miscellaneous that you can do. The faction quests are divided up between almost all the original Morrowind factions and a few new factions.
